Turn-key maintenance of investment projects

• Preparation, draw up of investment proposals according to international standard; monitoring thereof;
• Search of prospective investors;
• Arrangement for necessary meetings (including meetings with the representatives of governmental bodies);

• Acquisition, analysis and presentation of information on prospective foreign investors and partners, using own informational resources and international databases;
• Preparation of informational-subject reviews containing information on the state of investment climate in the Republic of Belarus, and investment potential advertising;
• Preparation of present-day information on availability of production facilities and other objects of immovable property in the Republic of Belarus, which may be used by prospective investors;
• Creation and maintaining the register of projects attractive from investment standpoint, by the regions of the Republic;
• Preparation and publication of regular newsletters containing information on the most successful investment projects under implementation, detailed characteristics of certain branches and service sector, notices of planned informational events (conferences, forums, seminars) which are of interest for the investors;
• Analysis of foreign investment markets and search of new financing sources for investment projects;
• Study of advanced experience and methods of foreign investment attraction, with a view to develop methodological bases for its subsequent use by national organizations;
• Research of investment markets and their technological resources.

Interaction with governmental authorities and national institutions

• Coordination of joint actions with governmental authorities (sectoral bodies, in the first place) on the issues of investment projects implementation with participation of foreign capital, for quick respond to investment proposals;
• Establishing direct fruitful interaction between the government and private capital without any intermediate parties, with the purpose of investment projects implementation with participation of foreign capital;
• Assistance in establishing business contacts between prospective investors and the Belarusian organizations, with a view to carry out joint activities;
• Direct cooperation with governmental authorities in the field of investment activities (including interchange of reference analytical information, arrangement for meetings with prospective investors, preparation of recommendations for investment projects implementation, etc.).
